Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Install, adjust, and improve machinery to enhance reliability and performance.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair documentation.
Follow all safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures.
Support parts inventory management and communicate equipment needs.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize operations.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends based on production demands.
Qualifications Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Skilled in using hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications a plus.
Previous industrial or equipment maintenance experience preferred.
