Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
License Requirement: Must hold a New York State Physical Therapist license
Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the clinic's clinical and financial operations, aiming to meet or exceed performance goals.
Mentor and coach both clinical and non-clinical staff.
Build strong relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources.
Drive clinic growth through marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Create customized care plans based on the latest evidence-based practices and treatments.
Maintain timely communication with referral sources.
Oversee patient and staff schedules to ensure efficient care delivery.
Complete daily patient care documentation, including progress and discharge notes, promptly.
Set and pursue professional goals for personal and career development.
