DDS/DMD degree with active, unrestricted license in Kentucky.
Comprehensive dentistry skills and clinical knowledge for diagnosing and treating a wide range of oral health issues.
Commitment to continuous learning and expanding clinical skills.
Credentialing with dental insurance plans.
Physical Requirements
Essential duties performance with or without reasonable accommodation.
