The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead

Able to stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds

QUALIFICATIONS

Two years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industries

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills

Ability to train, coach, and counsel team members

Exposure to financial and operational accountabilities

Ability to work in multiple regional locations

Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs

Must have reliable transportation

EDUCATION

Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred

High school diploma or GED required

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak, read, and write English

OTHER

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

47.5 hour anticipated work schedule average per week
