Client Service — Business Development Manager

What you’ll do
Build and manage a high-velocity institutional pipeline (consultants, OCIOs, public and private pensions, endowments)
Lead outreach, meetings, and follow-ups; turn first calls into funded mandates
Own RFPs/DDQs, diligence meetings, and compliance-aligned communications
Deliver outstanding service to existing clients and ensure timely communication
Collaborate with the research team to translate our quant research into clear, compelling narratives and materials
Partner with PMs on product positioning, pricing, and feedback loops
Review of contractual/legal matters
Contribute to firm leadership through active participation and cross-team collaboration
Support the CEO on planning, hiring, strategy execution, and culture-building
