Our client, a growing and well-established plaintiff-side law firm, is seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact employment and consumer cases, helping to protect employee rights while gaining hands‑on experience with a respected litigation team handling cases across California.
Pre-Litigation Attorney Benefits and Compensation:
Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience

Pre-Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California
1–5 years of experience in employment law, labor law, or related litigation fields
Ability to assess new client intakes and evaluate potential claims for liability and damages
Experience drafting or preparing initial legal documents such as complaints, PAGA notices, and supporting materials
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and collaborate with colleagues
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Pre-Litigation Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:
Prior experience working on wage‑and‑hour, discrimination, or class action matters
Passion for employee rights, social justice, and client advocacy in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment
