As the Workplace Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our workplace operations and keeping our San Francisco office running smoothly. We're looking for someone who's proactive, detail oriented, and highly organized, but can think outside the box. This is a fully in-person role; we do not offer remote or hybrid options. What you will do
We don't need you to just own the office, we need you to be excited about supporting the ops team as a whole Support our culture initiatives including team off-site and holiday party planning Manage office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and day-to-day facilities operations; build process here where you see fit Be two steps ahead on office and workplace needs as we grow (we're hiring rapidly) Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and office-related requests Coordinate F&B, including weekly breakfasts, daily catered lunches, and handle kitchen restocking Partner with the Operations Manager to support cross-functional initiatives as needed; this is a highly collaborative role What we’re looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Excellent written and verbal communication Strong prioritization and critical thinking skills Resourceful, proactive, and high-slope Indexes on efficiency over perfection Friendly and engaging personality Nice to haves
Experience in a similar support role Experience working at a startup Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - 130,000 Medical, Vision, Dental insurance 401K Unlimited PTO Meals, snacks, boba Fun team offsites and events (which you'll play a role in planning) More about Pylon
