The Associate Brand Manager will serve as an integral member of Sysco’s brand team, responsible for managing the company’s diverse portfolio of brands. This role is focused on building a global brand portfolio, strengthening brand equity, driving growth, and supporting Sysco’s long-term strategic objectives. Brand Strategy & Execution

Support the development and execution of Sysco brand plans and marketing strategies Assist in developing brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies across all of Sysco’s in-house brands Manage Sysco brand assets across platforms to ensure accuracy and availability Serve as a Sysco brand ambassador across the organization Marketing Campaign Management

Serve as the main point of contact with the marketing team to coordinate integrated campaigns around Sysco Brand across digital/social/personalization and brand assets development Work with external agencies to coordinate creative content and packaging development feedback Consumer Insights & Analytics

Partner with research teams to develop insights that brand decisions making as needed. Analyze consumer trends, market data, and competitive intelligence to inform brand strategies as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with merchandising, QA, sales, marketing, and innovation teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand plans. Participate in the new product development process and go-to-market planning. Work with the packaging team to manage project timelines, lead packaging design, gather brand feedback and track day-to-day workflows Work with SHOP and digital teams to ensure brand content is accurate and manage process flows to make required updates Data & Budget Management

Key point of contact to pull brand performance metrics and provide high level analysis from Guided Ad HOC Assist in managing brand budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring agency payments. Education Required

Bachelor's Degree, BBA in marketing Education Preferred

MBA preferred Experience Required

1–3 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, consumer products, or foodservice. Skills and Abilities

Understanding of customer/consumer behavior and how to turn customer/consumer insights into actions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Passion for consumer behavior and brand storytelling. Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams. Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, growth mindset. Analytical experience
