Job Summary:

Golden Hartz ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbia, MD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the delivery of ABA therapy services

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism, in collaboration with the treatment team

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure client goals are being met

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based treatments

Participate in staff training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

Minimum of 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field

Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and methods

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

Flexibility to work varying schedules, including part-time and full-time shifts
