About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support a growing manufacturing operation. In this role, you’ll ensure materials are received, processed, and shipped accurately while maintaining organized and up-to-date inventory records. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady pace, teamwork, and hands-on work.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM, OT as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and packing slips
• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments according to company standards
• Enter and maintain accurate shipping/receiving data within ERP systems
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Work with internal teams and carriers to resolve shipping discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Support inventory accuracy through regular and cycle counts

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual - Spanish
• 2+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Plex (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation habits
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, and handling of small parts
• Exposure to mechanical parts, dust, and varying temperatures
• Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
• Must be able to safely lift and move materials as required
