Client Service Professional / Receptionist (Seasonal)

Location: La Follette, TN

As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist you will help others see the impact of the work you do. You will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and finances, building client relationships that grow stronger each year.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi‑task
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
