A Typical Day

As a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will focus on wow‑ing clients now and in the future. You will answer phones, greet clients, match them with the right tax professional, schedule appointments, and ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually. You will also maintain office cleanliness and organization.

Desired Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as they prefer
• Ensure all client needs have been met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi‑task
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
