Our client, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization, is seeking a professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage a dynamic workload with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential materials.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, donor events, and community programs.
- Record and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, track follow-ups and action items.
- Act as liaison between executives, staff, board members, donors, and external partners.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with special projects, research, and nonprofit initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably in nonprofit, sports, or mission-driven organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with donor databases or CRM systems a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and anticipate executive needs.
- High professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
