Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical documentation support and evaluate concessions and non-conforming parts in our manufacturing facility. This role requires hands‑on experience and the ability to perform data analysis to identify root causes and improve manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical documentation support for manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate and analyze concessions and non-conforming parts to determine corrective actions.
• Perform data analysis to identify root causes of issues and implement process improvements.
• Support shop floor operations and manufacturing activities.
• Read and interpret manufacturing prints, ensuring compliance with design standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product engineering and manufacturing efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and non‑conforming parts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of design for manufacturing concepts.
• Hands‑on experience in a shop/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications

• B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1 or more years of relevant work experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience creating and updating technical documents and reports.
• Understanding of product engineering concepts and manufacturing processes.
