Job Title: Maintenance Technician

1st shift

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician focused on

machine maintenance.

This role requires expertise in both

electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

within an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct electrical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and identifying root causes of electrical failures.

Perform

high voltage (40%) and low voltage (60%) electrical troubleshooting

on components such as

controls, 3 phase motors, sensors, and VFDs.

Execute mechanical troubleshooting and repair of

pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

Perform conveyor maintenance and respond to breakdown calls to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions for repair.

Conduct tasks within the CMMS (SAP) and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Rebuild

mechanical and electrical systems.

Follow lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safety.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and ability to diagnose electrical failures independently.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot power circuits and motor controls.

Mechanical troubleshooting skills with pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

PLC troubleshooting

skills.

Robotics troubleshooting abilities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenwood, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
