Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

SharePoint Developer

proficient in SharePoint 2016, 2019, and SharePoint Online to design, develop, and maintain robust collaboration platforms for our organization. The role will involve architecting SharePoint solutions, creating and customizing applications, managing permissions, and integrating with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Development

Design, develop, and customize

SharePoint applications , including site collections, subsites, web parts, content types, master pages, and templates. Create responsive and scalable SharePoint solutions using

C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and

.NET

frameworks. Develop custom

web parts ,

add-ins , and

REST API

integrations. 2. Configuration & Implementation

Implement, configure, and manage

SharePoint sites, lists, libraries , and features to meet business requirements. Manage

SharePoint architecture , including storage, performance, and scalability considerations. 3. Workflow Automation

Build and enhance

SharePoint workflows

using

Power Automate

and

SharePoint Designer

to streamline business operations. Automate processes across the Microsoft ecosystem for efficiency and reliability. 4. Security & Permissions

Define and manage

user access controls , permission levels, and security groups. Ensure data integrity and compliance through robust

security configurations . 5. Technical Support

Provide

Tier 2/3 technical support , troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SharePoint performance, permissions, and configuration. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system stability and uptime. 6. Integration

Integrate SharePoint with

Microsoft Teams ,

OneDrive , and

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) . Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with third-party tools. 7. User Support & Training

Conduct

training sessions

for end-users to promote adoption and effective use of SharePoint features. Develop user manuals and documentation. 8. Maintenance & Performance

Monitor system performance, apply

patches and updates , perform

backups , and ensure

data recovery

readiness. Identify opportunities for optimization and performance tuning. 9. Documentation

Create and maintain

technical documentation

for SharePoint configurations, workflows, and architecture diagrams. Required Skills & Qualifications

SharePoint Expertise:

Hands-on experience with

SharePoint 2016/2019

and

SharePoint Online . Microsoft 365 Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the

Office 365 suite

and its integration with SharePoint. Development Skills:

Proficiency in

C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and

REST APIs . Power Platform:

Experience with

Power Apps

and

Power Automate

for business process automation. Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail. Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science ,

Information Technology , or related field. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

and

PnP PowerShell . Familiarity with

Azure Active Directory (AAD)

and

Microsoft Graph API . Experience in

migration projects

(e.g., from SharePoint 2013 to 2019 or Online). Understanding of

Agile/Scrum methodologies .
