Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, particularly in Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing scalable, production-grade AI solutions using modern cloud and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices. Implement and optimize Generative AI models, including prompt engineering, guardrail frameworks, and LLM fine-tuning. Build, integrate, and support production-grade AI systems leveraging AWS services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Guardrails, and related GenAI observability tools. Work with Agentic AI frameworks and protocols such as MCP and A2A. Develop and manage data pipelines leveraging Vector Databases (VectorDBs) and other data infrastructure to support AI training and production workloads. Apply expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, classification, and pattern recognition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering. 3+ years of experience (work or academic) in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning. Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages, such as Python, R, Scala, or Spark. Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks. Proven development experience on AWS, including SageMaker and GenAI services (e.g., Bedrock, Guardrails). Experience with Agentic AI platforms and related protocols (MCP, A2A). Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Microsoft CNTK, scikit-learn, and Keras. Demonstrated experience in production-grade AI development, integration, and support. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
