Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

Ensure outstanding

service

by working with

customers, business partners, and drivers . Assist customers and business partners via

telephone and email

and handle

complaints

in a professional manner. Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. Monitor progress of delivery routes

and scan haul-away pods and verify stamps. Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Experience with

Microsoft Office programs

such as MS Project, Word,

Excel

and PowerPoint. Strong customer service skills

and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues. Solid ability to

multitask

with exceptional organizational skills. Ability to

thrive under pressure

Pay Details:

$17.00 per hour
