Job Overview
SISCO is seeking a customer-focused
Service Specialist
to handle inquiries related to claim status and employee benefits. This role involves researching information across various systems and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Location:
Dubuque, Iowa
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding claims and benefits with a focus on one-email resolution
Accurately communicate benefit and claim details to ensure a positive customer experience
Use internal systems to research information and document interactions
Prioritize workload and follow-ups to support timely claim processing
Maintain schedule adherence and availability for incoming calls
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Previous customer-facing experience preferred
