Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in the final shipment process of our products. This position involves ensuring that items are correctly picked, identified, and properly packaged according to our standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare customer orders for shipments
Set up sales orders and pick product
Assure shipping counts match documents
Package product safely and securely
Prepare shipping documents
Crate and package machines
Ensure proper labels and packing slips are applied
Pick material needed from bulk warehouse
Maintain accurate inventory locations
Receive material and put into inventory
Perform cycle counting
Supply parts for assembly lines
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Essential Skills
Forklift operation and certification (training provided)
Material handling experience
6 months of experience in shipping
Experience with stand-up forklifts
Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping processes
Basic computer knowledge for preparing sales orders, picklists, and inventory management
Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Capability to work independently and as a team player
Attention to detail
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with UPS WorldShip is a plus
Experience in loading and unloading trucks
Experience in receiving, picking, and crating

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.15 - $21.15/hr.
