We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong production planning, scheduling, and supply chain coordination skills to help keep operations running efficiently. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment and enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring materials and production stay on track, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities Production Planning and Scheduling Plan and schedule daily and weekly production activities to meet customer demand. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate production plans, changes, and priorities to supervisors, team members, and other departments. Review capacity plans to balance workloads and optimize resources. Analyze data and generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and inventory levels. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Materials and Supply Chain Coordination
Review raw material inventory daily to ensure adequate stock for upcoming production runs. Coordinate with central Purchasing to manage material orders, releases, and deliveries. Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring materials and finished goods arrive and leave on schedule. Publish and review daily shipping schedules with logistics partners. Verify inbound receiving schedules against expected deliveries to avoid delays. Qualifications Required:
Associate degree required. 1-3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing scheduling, or supply chain coordination. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP or MRP systems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or operations-related field. 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, or logistics coordination. Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or related field. Strong data analysis and reporting experience. Why Work for Minova
