Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, pharmaceutical, or packaging industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various equipment such as case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers. Proficiency in working with electrical systems, including 480VAC and 24VDC power, is essential. The role also involves operating and maintaining the Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) System and repairing and maintaining air dryers, cappers, blenders, case coders, Fuji and Nitrogen Injection systems, fillers, line seamers, and dud detectors. Additionally, the technician will be required to troubleshoot, program, and install variable frequency drives (VFD).
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair equipment including case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers.
Work with electrical systems including 480VAC and 24VDC power.
Operate and maintain Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) System.
Repair and maintain air dryers, cappers, blenders, case coders, Fuji and Nitrogen Injection systems, fillers, line seamers, and dud detectors.
Troubleshoot, program, and install variable frequency drives (VFD).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with RO system, UV system, and Siligan Vision systems.
Experience in machine maintenance on fillers, line seamers, x-ray systems, case coders, and labelers.
Aseptic fillers experience.

Work Environment
Work on a 2-2-3 schedule starting in March, with shifts from 6 PM to 6:30 AM. Initial training will be conducted during the day for 2-8 weeks. Enjoy a pay differential for evening shifts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
