– a global leader in third‑party logistics. We are expanding rapidly and need a bilingual HR Business Partner to partner with local teams in St. Petersburg, FL.

Position Overview As an HR Business Partner, you will be the trusted guide helping local teams navigate challenges, providing strategic insight and empathetic partnership. Your impact will shape our growth story.

Work Location On‑site in St. Petersburg, FL until later this year, then permanently in the Ruskin area.

Work Schedule Monday‑Friday, 1st shift. Flexibility for days, nights, and weekends is required on an as‑needed basis for emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits Annual salary $87,000–$95,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

Talent Management: Drive high‑volume recruitment, development, and retention strategies.

Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor in handling complex employee relations issues.

Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and support managers in setting goals.

HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure company policies are up‑to‑date and compliant with local and state laws.

Data‑Driven Insights: Utilize HRIS tools to analyze data and provide reports to senior management.

Culture and Engagement: Champion initiatives that promote positive culture and employee engagement.

Safety First: Enforce company safety rules and report non‑compliance to leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of on‑site HR management or leadership experience.

Strong experience advising operations leaders.

Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Flexibility to work a non‑standard on‑site schedule.

Full‑bilingual English/Spanish without translation technology.

Preferred Qualifications

HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR).

ADP Workforce HRIS experience.
