This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Juan for an Accountant. The Accountant will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and generating financial reports. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to support financial planning and ensure effective resource allocation. Qualifications
Proficiency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and reconciliation of accounts Skills in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation Experience with payroll processing and compliance with accounting standards Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a plus Experience in non-profit or social services organizations is beneficial Seniority Level
