Home Equity Mortgage Loan Processor – Accenture
Join Accenture as a Home Equity Mortgage Loan Processor. This remote role focuses on processing home equity mortgage applications, managing a large pipeline, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Meet production, quality, and service standards with emphasis on delivering exquisite customer service.
Manage a large pipeline of applications while meeting required service level agreements.
Review, collect, validate all required documentation, including income calculation, and deliver a quality application to Underwriting.
Act as the primary point of contact, providing customers with timely status updates and returning all inquiry calls within the service level agreement.
Accept incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to follow up on outstanding documents and update loan status.
Monitor and respond to incoming emails and voicemails, document all communication.
Focus on achieving customer delight through relationship building and timely communication.
Articulate complex information clearly while conveying compassion to enhance customer retention.
Role Requirements
Flexible schedule, including ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Typical working hours: 8 am – 5 pm PT or 9 am – 6 pm ET depending on location.
Remote opportunity; must be located within 100 miles of a local Accenture office.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience.
Minimum of 2 years of customer contact experience.
NMLS license required.

Maryland: $21.97 – $40.82
New York/New Jersey: $20.34 – $47.26
Washington: $23.37 – $43.46
