About The Opportunity A well-known, chef-driven restaurant and lounge in downtown St. Petersburg is seeking two key additions to its leadership team — a Front of House Manager and a Bar Manager. Both roles require experienced, hands‑on professionals who lead with integrity, foster teamwork, and thrive in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment. Our client’s concept is known for its vibrant atmosphere, upscale yet approachable service, and high standards of hospitality.
Front of House Manager Responsibilities
Oversee all front‑of‑house operations, ensuring excellence in guest experience and team performance.
Lead, train, and develop staff to maintain consistent service and hospitality standards.
Manage daily floor operations, scheduling, and guest relations.
Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
Uphold a culture of integrity, accountability, and respect.
Qualifications
3+ years of FOH management or supervisory experience in upscale casual or fine dining.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proven ability to build morale and coach teams effectively.
Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
ServSafe certification preferred.
Bar Manager Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of bar operations including inventory, ordering, costing, and staff scheduling.
Lead and mentor bar staff to deliver consistent quality and service.
Develop cocktail menus, seasonal features, and beverage programs.
Maintain cost controls and uphold alcohol compliance standards.
Drive innovation while fostering an environment built on professionalism and trust.
Qualifications
3–5 years of bar management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service setting.
Strong product knowledge across spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
Demonstrated leadership and training ability.
Financial acumen and familiarity with bar metrics and systems.
ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred.
