What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead end-to-end campaign development and execution across multiple outbound channels
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and seamless campaign delivery
Maintain and manage campaign calendars, defining clear timelines and deliverables
Oversee campaign optimization and performance monitoring to refine targeting and messaging
Collaborate with platform operators to ensure accurate targeting and technical execution of campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on integrated, multi-channel campaigns
Demonstrated experience with outbound campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Display, and marketing automation systems Proven track record of collaboration with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and Sales teams
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and account-based marketing frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, particularly within fintech or digital technology sectors
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Asana, Demandbase, HubSpot, and WordPress
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
