Marketing Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)

– Onsite, Irvine, CA – $30-$35/hr

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong tradeshow experience and fluency in Mandarin to join our team in Irvine. This temp‑to‑hire opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about executing impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute domestic and international tradeshows and events

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support marketing campaigns and product launches

Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials for events

Assist in creating marketing collateral and digital content

Translate marketing materials and support Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on event/tradeshow coordination

Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms)
