Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Specialist to join our team and help create memorable experiences for clients and attendees in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, trade shows, and client celebrations.
Work closely with clients to determine event needs and expectations, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events stay within budget constraints.
Research and establish relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers; negotiate contracts and secure necessary services.
Develop event marketing strategies to promote events and drive attendance through various channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning or coordination, with a strong portfolio of successfully executed events.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
