JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring timely communication and service delivery
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and follow up on deliverables
Prepare marketing materials, reports, presentations, and proposals as needed
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, client interactions, and campaign results
Assist with social media content planning, posting, and engagement tracking
Help organize events, promotions, or product launches in collaboration with the marketing team
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support marketing strategy
Handle basic administrative duties related to account and campaign management
Provide support in client servicing, feedback collection, and post-campaign analysis
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above
Strong interest in account servicing, branding, and digital marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Familiar with social media platforms, Canva, or basic design tools is a plus
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
