Nature Of Work
The successful candidate will run model experiments to investigate millennial‑scale Antarctic ice sheet variability and impacts on sea level and climate during warm climate intervals, and integrate model results with geological records. This work will be undertaken in close collaboration with researchers from Victoria University of Wellington’s Antarctic Research Centre and Earth Sciences New Zealand. There will be travel opportunities to facilitate this collaboration. An annual salary of $65,000 plus benefits is budgeted. The position is available now, but the start date is flexible. Applicants that expect to complete their PhD studies in Spring 2026 are encouraged to apply. This is a two‑year appointment. Applicants Should Provide
