Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps, aligning programs with business objectives
Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments
Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill-building
Facilitate onboarding programs to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization
Assess training effectiveness through surveys, tests, and performance metrics, using insights to improve future sessions
Plan, coordinate, and manage the company's training calendar to ensure timely delivery of programs
Oversee training budgets and collaborate with external training providers or consultants as needed
Keep abreast of industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and relevant

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to design and develop training materials that cater to diverse learning styles
Strong organizational and project management skills
