Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Murfreesboro, TN, for a New Home Sales Consultant. The primary responsibilities include guiding potential homebuyers throughout the sales process, from initial interest to closing. The role involves offering expert advice on floor plans and community details, maintaining model homes for presentation, coordinating with construction teams, and building long-term client relationships. The Consultant will represent Dream Finders Homes with high standards of professionalism and customer service, focused on delivering exceptional homebuying experiences.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills with a focus on exceeding sales targets and client expectations.

Proficiency in communication, including listening, presenting, and interpersonal skills, to foster strong client relationships.

Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage appointments, and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with the real estate or homebuilding industry is a strong advantage.

Experience with basic computer tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.

Self-motivated, proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Availability to work weekends and evenings, as required, to accommodate client schedules and events.

Active and good standing Tennessee Real estate license.
