With acclaimed locations in Nantucket and Boston, Massachusetts; Palm Beach and Naples, Florida; and upcoming openings in Aspen, Colorado, LoLa 41 continues its rapid expansion into Newport, Charleston, Winter Park, Miami, and Dallas.
“LoLa” stands for Longitude‑Latitude — and our globally influenced menu takes guests on a curated journey through the 41st parallel, from Japan to Portugal, Spain, and beyond. Known for high‑energy dining, innovative sushi and Asian specialties, and exceptional hospitality, LoLa 41 delivers a refined and dynamic experience for every guest.
About The Role Food Runners are the vital link between the kitchen and the dining room — ensuring each dish reaches the guest swiftly, beautifully, and accurately. This role requires speed, organization, and clear communication, all while maintaining the polished service standards that define LoLa 41. You’ll help create a seamless dining experience and play a key role in bringing our culinary excellence to life.
What You’ll Do
Deliver dishes promptly and accurately to the correct tables
Ensure plate presentation remains pristine throughout delivery
Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff
Assist in explaining dishes and components when needed
Maintain a clean and organized expo area and service pathways
Support the service team in anticipating guest needs
Uphold all sanitation, safety, and service standards
Contribute to a high‑energy, positive team culture every shift
Requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays – required
Able to stand and move for 6–10 hour shifts and carry trays or plates safely
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Reliable commute or plan to relocate to Aspen, CO
