Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support our Trade Operations team. The role offers exposure to international trade processes, system governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with third-party vendors such as freight forwarders, trade document service providers, and insurers.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of trade documents.
Analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and cost savings.
Serve as the main contact between internal teams (logistics, finance, legal) and documentation vendors.
Act as system owner for Trade Systems — ensuring functionality, performance, and compliance.
Work with IT, compliance, and operations teams to enhance system capabilities.
Maintain system governance (user access, data integrity, compliance).
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience
in international trade, import/export operations, or trade compliance preferred.
L/C (Letter of Credit) experience
will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, HS codes, and trade documentation.
Familiar with trade finance instruments (LCs, Bills of Lading, etc.).
Knowledge of trade system digitalization and automation is an advantage.
