Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to handle and transport materials efficiently. The role involves preparing and shipping industry-leading fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products.
Responsibilities
Prepare and ship fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products.
Pick and pull parts efficiently.
Load freight into trailers safely.
Open crates with care.
Utilize a variety of industrial material handling equipment, including forklifts, scanners, and shrink wrap machines.
Essential Skills
Experience with inventory management.
Proficiency in operating forklifts.
Competence in material handling.
Familiarity with RF scanners.
Experience in picking, packing, and shipping and receiving.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
6+ months of forklift experience is preferred.
Work Environment
This role operates on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM (unpaid). Flexibility to stay until work is completed is required, which could extend the shift to 6:30 PM with prior notice. Overtime may be required, generally involving an extended shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
