We're searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our Lancaster branch. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations, delivery drivers, and inventory control to ensure smooth daily workflow and excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll help manage day-to-day warehouse activities, support delivery and shipping operations, and maintain a clean, organized environment that keeps our parts department running efficiently. You will:

Assist Delivery Drivers to ensure all orders are pulled and meet departure times Serve as a backup for Delivery Drivers, Shipping, and Receiving departments as needed Support the Parts Manager with warehouse improvement plans and procedures Assistin supervising delivery drivers and coordinating substitute drivers when necessary Work with Inventory Control to prepare andexpeditereturn shipments accurately and on time Aid in daily cycle counts of the parts department inventory Participate in the training of new shipping and receiving employees Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies Keep the parts warehouse clean, safe, and organized Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to move and position materials safely Assistwith warehouse problem-solving and workflow improvements Maintain a professional appearance and a team-oriented attitude Adhere to and promote all Hunter Truck health and safety policies to reinforce a safe workplace What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GEDrequired Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Excellent teamwork and communication skills Licenses & Certifications:

Valid Driver's License (must meet company insurability standards) ICC Physicalrequiredto drive box trucks OSHA-approved forklift training (must be completed and passed) Physical Demands

Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers Regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs;frequentlyup to 50lbs; occasionally up to 100lbs(mechanicalassistanceavailable) Specific vision abilities include close, distance, and color vision
