Contract Recruiter – LHH
Position
– high‑volume talent sourcing for union roles across California (DTLA base).
Pay and Location Base pay range:
$30.00/hr - $32.00/hr
Location:
Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA), CA
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruiting for union positions across multiple California locations.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach.
Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate offer processes.
Maintain accurate records and candidate data in BambooHR.
Support onboarding and compliance processes for new hires.
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications
2+ years recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume or union environments.
Strong understanding of union hiring practices and compliance.
Proficiency in BambooHR or similar ATS systems.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
