Technical Solutions Analyst
to join one of our top clients in a remote capacity, with occasional travel to Las Vegas, NV. This role is integral to our client's Product Engineering team, where you will collaborate with various stakeholders to transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Position Overview / Responsibilities
Utilize your technical expertise to convert business needs into precise software engineering specifications.
Work closely with Technical Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Develop comprehensive User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Technical Requirements documentation.
Analyze both in‑house and third‑party software solutions to facilitate the integration of new technologies.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and lead the triage of production support requests.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or 7+ years of equivalent software development experience.
At least 3 years of recent experience authoring User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in an Agile environment.
Expertise in web application, database, and API design and architecture.
Experience with healthcare interoperability solutions using EDI or HL7 standards.
Proficiency in T‑SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and tools like Lucid for data and process flow creation.
