We are looking for a passionate
Implementation Artist
to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring art assets such as props, weapons, characters and environment assets are ready to transition into polished, game‑ready assets. This is the perfect role to coordinate with multiple disciplines and begin learning your trade as you enter the wild and whacky world of video game development.
What we will do together
Collaborate with Technical Art and broader Art teams to understand artistic requirements and any technical limitations.
Partner with internal and outsourced art teams to elevate assets to our high final quality.
Understand art and technical standards, file management and art production pipeline tools.
Ensure that all art content produced is clean, optimised and error‑free, fixing any issues directly and creating or requesting tools to improve the process.
Help maintain and update documentation, and train team members to deliver higher‑quality content.
What you will bring
At least 1 year of experience as a 3D artist or Technical Artist.
A passion for game art workflows and a QA‑oriented mindset.
Knowledge of major 3D modelling packages, including Maya, 3DSMax or Blender.
Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
Basic experience with Unreal Engine, including its Material and VFX systems.
Experience with Substance Painter, Substance Designer and Photoshop.
Strong ability to learn new areas of development and work well within a team atmosphere.
Excellent time‑management and creative problem‑solving skills.
