What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage timely and accurate responses to domestic and international subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, bankruptcies, garnishments, and other civil third‑party requests
Communicate with opposing counsel and various government agencies regarding outstanding requests, with the assistance of attorneys and other litigation team members
Assist with the preparation and filing of litigation and arbitration case pleadings, providing paralegal support for active cases
Provide operational support to maintain, evaluate, and improve internal litigation processes
Support various teams with additional projects or tasks as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least five years of experience as a litigation paralegal
Experience managing a high volume of civil subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, and garnishments daily
Experience working on arbitration and litigation matters in state and federal court
Ability to execute under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in-house for a corporation
Familiarity with non‑US jurisdictions
Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry
