Location: 5555 Glenridge Connector, Atlanta GA Hybrid work arrangement – required time in the office and virtual hours, subject to change. Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in handling assigned case files and delivering other legal services under attorney supervision. Assist attorneys with discovery related responsibilities. Prepare reports and medical chronologies/billing summaries. Prepare cases for court appearances, depositions, and trial, including contacting experts and clients. Qualifications
3‑8 years of recent civil litigation experience, preferably in an insurance defense or personal injury environment. Recent experience in medical malpractice and/or workers’ compensation will be considered. Background in drafting discovery responses and trial preparation. Experience preparing medical chronologies/billing summaries. Familiarity with Georgia Civil Court Rules and Procedures. Key Skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, prioritize workload, multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and communicate effectively. Strong written communication skills, attention to detail. Legal research. Technology / Software Experience
Strong software/technical skills. Working knowledge of a Case Management system. Working knowledge of a Document Storage system. Education Requirements
Prior litigation or paralegal experience, paralegal degree/certificate/certification, medical training, or relevant coursework or legal studies degree. Additional Details

Potential starting salary range: $53,901.25 – $80,000.00 (starting salary based on skills, background, and experience; highest end limited to applicants with significant relevant experience). Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary.
