Hybrid VP of Transaction Advisory Services
Hybrid position. Pay range: $130,000 – $160,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Perform financial due diligence for mid‑market clients in the health care industry.
Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top‑level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis.
Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of transaction advisory services experience from a national firm.
Expertise in financial due diligence.
CPA preferred.
