Alumanate is the only U.S. manufacturer of signage-grade aluminum composite panels (ACM). With rapid growth and national distribution, we're expanding our team to include experienced, driven Inside Sales Representatives to support our continued market leadership in signage, architecture, and trailer/transportation sectors.

Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting our sales operations by managing customer accounts, processing sales orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This is a phone-and-email-based sales and support role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email

Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and send order confirmations

Track orders and provide shipment updates, BOLs, and documentation

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ERP systems

Build and maintain relationships with existing customers

Support outside/regional sales reps with pricing, product info, and order status

Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints quickly and professionally

Follow up on open quotes and re-engage inactive accounts

Collaborate with production, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Meet or exceed performance KPIs related to response time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience with CRM and ERP software preferred

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Manufacturing or B2B product experience is a plus
