Responsibilities
Boots‑on‑the‑ground safety oversight on active construction sites
Conduct daily safety audits and inspections
Participate in weekly Toolbox Talks led by the general contractor
Review and manage permits, including:
Fall Protection
Scaffolding Safety
Hot Work
Lock Out/Tag Out
Participate in Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) or equivalent assessments
Investigate and document project incidents and near misses
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience
OSHA 30‑hour in Construction required
First Aid/CPR certified
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and field compliance
Must have experience with Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection and Excavation
Excellent communication and documentation skills
