CEO of Opulence Home Equity and Opulence Realty Group At Opulence Realty Group, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for licensed professionals who are great on the phone, organized in their workflow, and passionate about connecting people with homes. You won’t be chasing uninterested prospects. Instead, you’ll speak with warm, pre‑screened buyers and sellers who are already looking to make a move. Your role is to guide those conversations, follow up consistently, and make sure every qualified lead becomes a lasting client relationship.

What You’ll Be Doing

Call and follow up with high‑quality inbound leads , no cold calling required.

Schedule appointments for our brokers and field agents with qualified buyers and sellers.

Manage the sales pipeline in our CRM to ensure every opportunity is followed up on consistently.

Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain communication until they’re ready to take the next step.

Collaborate with the agent team to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to active client.
