Interim Human Resources Manager
to oversee their facility in Bradenton, FL!
The
Interim Human Resources Manager
serves as a trusted HR business partner to area and local management teams. The position provides strategic guidance, ensures alignment between HR and business goals, and supports effective field execution. The individual acts as the primary HR liaison for the area, partnering with regional and functional leaders to strengthen team performance, manage employee relations, and enable strong business outcomes.
This position pays up to $55/hour and offers medical/dental/vision benefits
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and drive key area results. Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and labor relations.
Participate in leadership meetings to integrate HR perspectives into business decisions.
Communicate and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives consistently across the area.
Support talent management processes including performance improvement, development planning, and succession routines.
Conduct and manage complex employee relations investigations and provide guidance on resolution strategies.
Advise leadership on high-risk employee relations matters and oversee termination review processes.
Lead change management and culture initiatives to strengthen engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Partner on organizational design and workforce planning activities, including risk assessments for restructuring.
Promote a positive work environment through proactive employee relations and follow-up on engagement survey actions.
Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to tailor training, talent, and engagement strategies for local needs. Lead and develop HR team members within the area, providing coaching and performance support. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience required PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred Manufacturing or distribution experience required, ideally food manufacturing or services Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience Labor Relations experience required 2+ years of people management experience required. Demonstrated ability to build relationships at senior levels as well as deeper into the organization Experience in process-based Employee Relations strongly preferred
