Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Position Purpose Build and maintain PHCs global trial protocol/data analysis infrastructure to enable timely reporting of field trial data summaries to drive regulatory submissions, decision making, product positioning and sales.

Provide expert advice on protocol design and data analysis methodologies to ensure high quality, accurate product characterization and positioning.

Identify synergies, cost savings, and create technical alignment across functions and regional reporting lines.

Work closely with Product Managers, Regulatory, R&D, etc. to improve and operate systematic processes to bring products to market at scale.

Key Responsibilities Strategic

Work closely with team members to design and implement field trial protocols.

Take ownership of global ARM (Agriculture Research Manager) and ATD (ARM Trial Database), and ST (Summary across Trials) functionality.

Develop a consistent and repeatable approach to field trial protocol design, data analysis, data review and archival.

Create detailed ARM workflows, data entry processes, summaries, etc.

Lead project “SharpRock 2.0” to support global adoption of ARM as a continuously improving core software program for global trial management.

Identify and support implementation of standardized protocols to improve upon current field trial program (e.g., treatment list, nomenclature, etc.) to standardize globally.

Investigate current use of ARM, ST, and ATD analysis to identify areas for improvement in field trial protocol design, template standardization, and greater application of data system software.

Operational

Review ARM (Agriculture Research Manager) datafiles, align reporting fields and required data coding and build into the central PHC ATD (ARM Trial Database).

Statistical analysis of overall dataset to produce comprehensive summaries for priority technologies and use patterns on a crop-by-crop basis. Provide technical summaries to PHC I AgSciences Regional Technology Development, Product Managers, and Regulatory Leads.

Develop validated and continuously updated field trial data summaries to support commercial, regulatory, marketing, and business development positions on branding, messaging, supply chain management, packaging, programs, and overall product support.

During data review & ARM / ATD process, keep detailed notes to capture lessons learned, areas for improvement, key findings, etc. to enable improved use of ARM and build out company knowledge.

Work with PHC Technology Development Managers globally to review for Agronomic Validity & potential use relative to design shortcomings (e.g., missing data, erroneous trial design, etc.).

Active participant within scheduled and ad-hoc protocol planning, interim field trial, and field trial results meetings to provide stakeholders with accurate and comprehensive summaries of product efficacy.

Organize & upload data to ATD as a globally aligned central location / platform summarizing field trial data.

Upon completion of annual and ad-hoc product evaluation projects, prepare a final report to summarize key findings / product strengths by crop, claim, etc. for inclusion into Sales & Marketing campaigns, R&D documentation, and Regulatory product submissions.

Build training material and lead training sessions to inform / update Regional Technology Development Managers and other stakeholders on how to better use ARM software capabilities, reporting, etc.

Upon establishment of standardized processes, identify and support improved use of ARM software capabilities, reporting platforms, etc. to build an end-to-end data reporting platform globally.

Collaborate with Regulatory and Technical Experts to build upon Claim Matrix model to generate online standardized field trial summary templates covering product strengths, weaknesses, failure rate, opportunities vs. competitive products that supports prioritization of optimal product label claims to support current & future sales and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications Educational Qualification · MSc in plant biology, agronomy, statistics, or related field. (PhD preferred)

Previous Experience · Agri-business background with at least 10 years in agriculture or ag biotech companies (seeds, biotechnology, crop protection, fertilizers), including 5 years in a technical role. · Management of cross-functional, complex projects to deliver commercial objectives. · Developing and executing protocol design and data analysis strategies to enable advancement decisions and support commercial sales. · International responsibilities. · Protocol design, data analysis and summarization.
