Job Title: Litigation Attorney
About The Opportunity A well-established Texas law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing practice. The Litigation Attorney will handle a diverse range of commercial and civil disputes, including contract, business, and real property matters. This opportunity is ideal for a Litigation Attorney who enjoys courtroom work, client interaction, and being part of a collaborative, fast‑moving team.
Responsibilities
Manage active litigation files from initial pleadings through resolution or trial
Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
Communicate with clients to develop strategy and provide timely updates
Conduct discovery, coordinate with experts, and prepare cases for hearing or trial
Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to deliver efficient, results‑driven representation
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing with the Texas Bar
2-6 years of civil or commercial litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
