Information Technology Portfolio Financial Analyst (Mid-Level, Senior or Lead)

Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
Manage financials for the division, including developing and maintaining the 5‑year long‑range business plan and supporting funding decisions with data analysis.
Own financial processes and outcomes, ensuring accountability for budget management and financial reporting accuracy.
Develop and maintain monthly performance metrics and dashboards to track portfolio performance (budget vs actual) and inform decision‑making.
Optimize resource allocation across the division, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic priorities and provide maximum value.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
Identify financial challenges and opportunities, developing innovative solutions to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
Support organizational change initiatives related to portfolio management, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the process.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience planning and managing a financial budget.
3+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements.
3+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining.
3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership.
3+ years of experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets).
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 products, communication, and collaboration tools.
Experience in project or program management.
Experience in security, governance, risk, and compliance.
Experience in budgeting and financial management.
Experience managing global teams.
Experience working in complex environments and matrix organizations.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Pay & Benefits: Summary pay range Level 3 (Mid‑Level): $98,600 – $142,600 Summary pay range Level 4 (Senior): $117,300 – $170,200 Summary pay range Level 5 (Lead): $140,250 – $203,550
